The Center for Network Development is the private nonprofit training and technical assistance arm of the public (housed in Denver Court) Denver Juvenile Justice Integrated Treatment Network (DJJITN), a collaborative convened to address the alcohol and drug abuse issues of the juvenile offender population in Denver.
